We have designed a board game that brings risk thinking to life in an engaging and hands-on way.
The aim is not to replace traditional risk management but to broaden the perspective. In a world where not all uncertainties can be neatly calculated, the ability to engage thoughtfully with scenarios is increasingly valuable. Through gameplay, teams experience the tension between data-driven analysis and more exploratory forms of judgement – and learn to appreciate the strengths of both.
