Game Objectives
Designed alongside an academic to teach logistics concepts—route planning, cost factors, speed vs safety—to undergraduate students.
Inspired by Theme Hospital – one of my most favourite games from my childhood (I will never forget those Bloaty Heads). The user has to initially select the appropriate driver for their fleet (taking into consideration key factors such as licence type, cost, and whether or not they liked cats) before selecting their route, whether or not they should take a trailer, and when to conduct maintenance, or risk the long-haul drive without it.
After finalising their selection, they would then undertake driving the vehicle, avoiding traffic, and allowing driver rest-stops at legislated times or risk being fined, all while shuffling through some very random radio stations added in for a bit of fun.

Game Outcome
To reduce the cognitive load of learning regulatory requirements of fleet management while empowering students to think like planners—not just players.
