Game Objectives

This game mirrors the challenges leaders and teams face in dynamic, high-pressure workplaces.

Traditional learning focuses on what people know. K2 immersive experiences focus on how people think, adapt, and lead under pressure.

Most corporate training programmes focus on horizontal development, meaning they add new knowledge but don’t necessarily change how people behave in real-world scenarios.

K2 Learning Solutions foster vertical development, which means enhancing problem-solving, adaptability, and decision-making in high-pressure environments.

Participants experience decision-making challenges firsthand rather than just learning theories in a passive setting.

Game Outcome

Alongside creating a digitised K2 resource, I was also involved in creating a board game to be used for in-person sessions. Thus bringing the entire suite to a 1/2 day in-person simulation, an in-person board game, and an online digital game.

The K2 framework strengthens three fundamental competencies essential for modern workplaces.
